Feedback, comments, compliments and complaints
Your feedback in the form of complaints, compliments or comments is important to our College. The contact details you provide us will be treated confidentially and will only be used to improve our service delivery. Complaints will be managed in accordance with our College policy.
You may wish also to fill out our Consumer and Community Needs Analysis survey. Survey responses are regularly evaluated to inform our continuing organisational improvements.
The College expects the highest professional standards of its Fellows, registrars and student and other members as well as of its staff and contracted professionals involved in our educational programs. It expects that these same people should also be treated according to acceptable professional standards.
