All ACRRM pathways lead to Fellowship and specialist registration as a General Practitioner. The primary differences between training programs is the funding mechanism and the mode of delivery.

The Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) program is a fully Government funded Fellowship program. Training is delivered via Regional Training Organisations (RTOs) throughout Australia to the ACRRM’s curriculum.  The program is tailored to the individual registrars’ needs and supported with a team of case managers to guide registrars along their journey. AGPT is a great avenue for junior doctors who prefer a structured and primarily face-to-face learning experience.

Applications for the final intake of AGPT 2020 open Monday 2 September. Express interest today to receive your AGPT information webinar.
