Delivered online over four weeks, this course combines self-paced learning with live virtual sessions. This course equips you with the knowledge and skills to support your growth, fulfilment, and longevity in a rewarding rural medical career. 

Grounded in systems theory, human factors, and applied psychology, this course explores how culture, teams, and individuals impact daily practice and professional fulfilment.

The course provides you with practical skills to support protective factors and mitigate threats to your wellbeing so that you can continue to make a positive impact, provide safer care to communities and thrive as a Rural Generalist.

The HEART course is an online program. Each week you will complete one online module and participate in a live virtual classroom session.
