This course equips you with the knowledge and skills to support your growth, fulfilment, and longevity in a rewarding rural medical career. Taking a systems approach to professional wellbeing, this course explores the environmental, organisational, team and individual factors that influence daily practice and the psychosocial hazards inherent in rural medicine that can erode wellbeing.
