We offer you a program of assessment across four years of training. You will be given the option to either undertake your assessment close to home so you can remain within your community, or at an approved assessment centre.
You will be given flexibility in relation to the timing and order of your assessment and you will be provided with a range of assessment types to assess knowledge, competence and performance. Assessments may be taken progressively through training.
All assessments assess your skills and knowledge at Fellowship level to ensure you are a safe practitioner capable of working independently and without supervision in a rural and/or remote location.
All registrars are required to successfully complete the Primary Curriculum assessments as follows:
You will also be required to complete your Advanced Specialised Training curricula assessments specific to the chosen AST.
