ACRRM members can earn their minimum requirements CPD in the Measuring Outcomes (MO) category by attending the next Healthed webcast and completing the accompanying Mini Audit.

Members will have their CPD automatically lodged with ACRRM on your behalf, making it incredibly easy and hassle-free to earn CPD.

This MO activity focuses on the importance of weight management to improve OSA, and the systems available to support these evaluations.

How to register and earn CPD:

1. Click the link to enroll in our upcoming webcast (you must create a free account to be able to register)

2. On webcast night, watch the lecture by Prof Brendan Yee. Once the webcast has finished you will be emailed with the MO activity link

3. Once you’ve clicked on the MO activity and enrolled you will need to randomly select five patients with OSA and read their clinical records, noting their history and management of OSA, and their role in weight management.

4. Fill out the online form that summaries the finding s for each of these patients

5. Write a brief reflection on the clinical importance of weight management for OSA, what clinical, administrative, and software systems might be used to ensure that this is done regularly; what Medicare item numbers may be used to facilitate this outcome.

6. Click the submit button once you have completed these tasks. Healthed will process and upload your CPD to the RACGP for you.

7. Save the completion certificate that Healthed will send you once processing has been completed so that you have an independent record of your MO activity.
