ACRRM recognises that health and wellbeing is integral to a safe and respectful workplace. ACRRM is developing with a range of national wellbeing providers that reflect our diversity and places your personal safety, health, and wellbeing at the center of your journey.

The College continues to work within all existing legislative frameworks regarding Health and Wellbeing. ACRRM is proactively developing actions in response to the release of Managing Psychosocial Hazards at Work Code of Practice 2022 and Every Doctor Every Setting framework to guide a coordinated action on the Mental Health of Doctors and medical Students. Building on the great work already in place with the Respectful Workplace committee, Diversity training, WHS training, Mental Health Fist Aid Training, the changes will only strengthen our position to ensure psychological health risks are eliminated or minimised to both staff and members.
