About Jasmine Davis

Jasmine Davis is the current Chair of the ACRRM Future Generalists Committee.

She is a final year Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health student studying at the University of Melbourne. Jasmine has completed all of her clinical placements in her university’s Rural Clinical School, including a yearlong placement with Rural Generalists as part of the Melbourne University Extended Rural Cohort.

Jasmine has been part of the ACRRM Future Generalists Committee since 2021 and aspires to become a Rural Generalist with advanced skills in either Population Health or Mental Health.

In 2022, Jasmine was the President of The Australian Medical Students’ Association (AMSA), where she represented Australia’s 18,000 medical students, and advocated for increased government investment in incentives for medical students and junior doctors to become General Practitioners.
