2026 Board and Council Elections

Dr Claire Arundell has been elected as ACRRM’s incoming President.

Dr Arundell will officially begin her two-year term following ACRRM’s Annual General Meeting on Friday 23 October 2026 in Tarndanya (Adelaide).

Our outgoing President, Dr Rod Martin, will remain on the ACRRM Board as Immediate Past President, sharing his knowledge and experience with Dr Arundell and the College and helping ensure a smooth handover.

About Dr Claire Arundell

Dr Claire Arundell is a Rural Generalist Anaesthetist from country Victoria. She is also an ACRRM medical educator and ACRRM course facilitator based in south-west Victoria.

Dr Arundell has established a strong relationship with Victorian health stakeholders and is passionate about supporting the next generation of RGs.

Her experience includes being a board member or the Rural Doctors Association of Victoria, and a Director of Sandpiper Australia Ltd.   

Claire is also an active member of the community, clocking up over 10 years of service with the CFA.
