About Dr Thiru Thirukkumaran

Dr Thirukkumaran graduated ACRRM Fellowship in 2023 with Advanced Specialised Training (AST) in Acedemic Practice.

He got his medical degree in India where he worked for many years, before moving to the UK to do his masters in supportive and palliative care.

He now practices in Burnie, Tasmania and is part of the ACRRM Research Committee where he is involved in the research interests of the College.
