The National Council of Primary Care Doctors (NCPCD), of which ACRRM is a member, has met to discuss the pivotal issues affecting general practice, while the sector undergoes a period of significant change. Some of the issues addressed included digital transformation in post-COVID telehealth, COVID-19 vaccinations and pandemic management, transition to College-led Training for General Practitioners and Rural Generalists, and a call for a national e-credentialing system to streamline processes for the hospital medical workforce.
