The ACRRM Excellence Awards shine a spotlight on the Rural Generalists, educators, researchers, and practice managers, who go above and beyond to deliver life-changing healthcare in rural, remote and First Nations communities.
ACRRM President Dr Rod Martin says the College’s awards program is all about recognising the skills, professionalism, and dedication of incredible Rural Generalists (RGs) and healthcare providers who are improving health outcomes where it matters most.
“There are 44 awards across regional and national categories now open for nomination,” Dr Martin says.
“This is a great opportunity for peers, patients and the public to acknowledge the extraordinary work of ACRRM RGs and the teams behind them who show up every day for their communities.
“Often, the most impactful work happens quietly — working individually, within hospital teams, and at local practices.
“Let’s get behind them and show our appreciation.”
