Prevocational Medical Accreditation Queensland (PMAQ) is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced General Practitioners to fill the position of General Practice Representative on the PMAQ Accreditation Committee (the Committee).

The Committee has been established to develop, monitor and evaluate the standards, processes and procedures that support the system of intern accreditation, and decide on activities related to and the outcomes of these accreditation activities in Queensland.

Key functions of the Committee include the critical assessment and active monitoring of recommendations made by PMAQ assessment teams and ensuring decisions are made in accordance with PMAQ Accreditation requirements. A copy of the Committee’s Terms of Reference can be found on their website.
