This week marks the end of an era as we farewell Clinical Guidelines Officer Heather Allwood who has retired from the College after over 15 years of service. Heather was a key driver in the development and success of the ACRRM Clinical Guidelines.

Heather has been a quite achiever at the College, working from her home office, initially from Milanda on the Atherton Tablelands, and more recently from the Gold Coast hinterlands. She has been available to many College members who needed assistance to get the Clinical Guidelines onto their iPhone, to enrol in an online module, or to get onto an ACRRM virtual classroom after hours. Heather always provided assistance in a friendly and calm manner to ensure our members could achieve their goal.

Heather, and her husband Denis, recently downsized their life into a motor-home - and she now hopes to spend more time reading books and being wherever they want to be!

The College thanks Heather for her years of service to the College and its members - and we wish her all the happiness that retirement can bring.
