THIS WAY UP’s internet-based Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (iCBT) Foundations course for clinicians has recently been accredited by ACRRM. The course was developed by the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD), a joint initiative from St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney and the University of NSW.
The multidisciplinary team at CRUfAD developed THIS WAY UP to provide better access to evidence-based treatments. The programs have been tested in over 30 randomised-controlled trials. iCBT is listed in the clinical practice guidelines as a first line treatment option in the management of both anxiety disorders and mood disorders.
