The webinar will be hosted by DAAE lead educator Dr Jennifer Delima and features an impressive panel of presenters - Dr Basiliki Lampropoulos (developmental paediatrician), Dr Anthony Liu (general paediatrician) and Popi Iatrou (senior psychologist).

Dr Basiliki (Bessy) Lampropoulos
Dr Basiliki Lampropoulos is a Developmental Paediatrician at Nepean Hospital and Adolescent Physician at Westmead Hospital. She worked together with Popi Iatrou over the first 10 years of the Teenlink program at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead for older children of parents in treatment for substance abuse.
Dr Anthony Liu
Dr Anthony Liu is a general paediatrician employed by the University of Sydney as Senior Lecturer - Paediatrics. He has worked alongside Dr Lampropoulos for the past 17 years at Nepean Hospital and runs the outpatient clinic where all neonatal abstinence syndrome (NAS) babies are reviewed. Dr Liu has several publications on the topic of NAS and is currently exploring implementation of recent recommendations of the management of NAS. He will be sharing these in this presentation.
Popi Iatrou
Popi Iatrou is employed as a Senior Psychologist at the CICADA Family Service at the Children’s Hospital at Westmead working with children, youth and families affected by substance use since 2001. This service was originally known as Teenlink which was developed by Dr Bessy Lampropoulos and Popi with the support of Western Sydney Drug Health and Adolescent Medicine across Westmead adults and children’s hospitals. Popi also spent 13 years working with the adolescent substance use service within CICADA based in Adolescent Medicine. More recently she has created Wellness Arts which integrates psychology, yoga, dance and art for holistic wellbeing.
