This week over 30 of our Independent Pathway Registrars came to Brisbane for their week-long face to face education workshop.
During the workshop registrars engage in various training opportunities including: cross cultural communication, palliative care, radiology, mental health, cardiology, child and adolescent health, musculoskeletal, plastering and numerous other procedural skills.
The workshop provides valuable opportunities for registrars to be able to meet and network with their peers and to engage face to face with their medical educators, training officers, and ACRRM staff. A busy after-hours social program has also seen registrars able to relax and engage with their peers on a social level.
The workshop also provides an opportunity for ACRRM's team of medical educators to meet face to face and to conduct planning workshops.
