All organisations using Medicare Online (including AIR and DVA), PBS Online, Aged Care Online and Eclipse (hospital claiming) will need to update their software to web services before 13 March 2022. You may also need to register your organisation with PRODA. PRODA is replacing PKI site certificates for payments and claiming.
Organisations using the Healthcare Identifiers (HI) service, Prescription Exchange and Secure Messaging are urged to renew their PKI certificate now, even if their current certificate is yet to expire.

What if I am worried that my location may not be ready before the March deadline?
Services Australia is working with industry to mitigate risks associated with healthcare locations reverting to older, inefficient processes should their developer not transition them to web services by 13 March 2022.
