Why is ACRRM increasing course fees?
To maintain the high standard of courses ACRRM strives for, the College has made significant investments in enhancing face-to-face course delivery. Building on the introduction of the Canvas LMS, we have strengthened our team by bringing in additional skilled facilitators. Our course offerings have been enriched with new, tailored content reflecting contemporary and rural practice, while the availability of courses has expanded, creating more opportunities to support rural and remote communities.
Course fees have been adjusted to reflect the costs of delivery. However, members will continue to enjoy exclusive savings with member rates now lower than non-member prices. If you are not a member, and wish to join, please contact the member services team at membership@acrrm.org.au or 1800 223 226. Alternately, you can join immediately, here.
The new fees will be implemented on 1 January 2025.
If, before 1 January 2025, you have booked and paid for an upcoming course, you will not incur the increased fee.

Why is ACRRM increasing assessment fees?
The College continues to enhance the quality and accessibility of our programs, reflected in the recent adjustment to assessment fees. Building on the introduction of the Canvas LMS, we have expanded our team with additional facilitators to provide timely feedback and better preparation for assessments. New assessment scenarios tailored to contemporary and rural practice, increased course availability, and expanded opportunities in rural and remote communities ensure our programs remain relevant and accessible. This carefully considered fee adjustment reinforces the College's commitment to delivering exceptional educational experiences and supporting registrars in their careers.
ACRRM has carefully reviewed each course and individual assessment to ensure the fee increase is directly aligned with the costs required to maintain and improve the registrar assessment experience. This process ensures the changes are fair, transparent, and aligned with the enhanced value and quality of each assessment. For more details on the specific fee changes, please see the table below.

No. If you have finalised your booking and payment before 1 January 2025, the increase will not apply to you.
The College understands financial constraints and offers support to members who are experiencing financial hardship. You can apply for financial assistance by completing an application form. Once your application is submitted, the College will review it and notify you of the outcome within 14 days for payment plan requests or within 30 days for fee waiver applications.
If a registrar wishes to withdraw from an assessment, they must advise the Assessment team as soon as possible via assessment@acrrm.org.au. The College Refund Policy will apply should a registrar choose to withdraw after the enrolment closing date.
