Thank you for choosing to register with the College so you can apply to accredit your activities. Please take the time to read the accreditation guide before completing this application. Once you have completed this application form we will contact you with information on submitting your activities.

Education Provider Agreement:

ACRRM accreditation is provided free of charge to education providers. In order for your application to proceed you agree to:

  • Submit complete applications for CPD activities that include clear learning objectives, and a program for accreditation review
  • Respond to any requests for further information within one week
  • Send ACRRM the list of ACRRM member attendance* one week following the activity. Providers should send attendance list and evaluation at the same time where possible.
  • Provide attendees with a record of their participation

Accreditation Logo

The Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine's Accreditation Logo will be issued to education providers upon successful accreditation of their activity. The 2023-2025 logo is specific to this reporting cycle and is only valid for the activity for which it was issued. It can be used on promotional material, registration pages, and certificates.
