Fellowship training can, at times, be challenging both professionally and personally.  Whatever stage of training you're at, and wherever you are based, there are people and resources available to support you.

For all pathways, ACRRM staff are available to support you with information and advice. Please contact the support team on 1800 223 226 or email training@acrrm.org.au.

As well as your teaching post supervisor and staff, each funding option offers additional options to seek assistance.

Mentorship Program

Mentor Match is the ACRRM Mentoring and Leadership Program and is open to all registrars and senior members of the College. The program benefits both the mentor and the mentee.

Mentors provide pastoral rather than academic support, enabling them to inspire the mentee and guide them through their career.

Mentees can discuss their professional issues and career plans with an experienced Fellow who understands the pressures of the training journey.

Explore Mentor Match through the link below.

Bullying, discrimination, and sexual harassment

The College takes a zero tolerance approach to bullying, discrimination, sexual harassment and any other inappropriate behaviours in training and practice. If you have concerns about these in your training workplace you are encouraged to seek advice and assistance.

More information is available on resolving workplace problems in the Fellowship Training Handbook.
