About Lex Lucas

As the Education Development Manager for the College, I have the privilege of working across all teams in the College and with many of our learned Fellows to produce educational content and programs for the benefit of our members.

Working for ACRRM is like being part of a family, and during my extended time at the College I have met and worked with many passionate members, content creators, staff and other stakeholders, many of whom I am now proud to call both colleagues and friends.

The work is always interesting, challenging and satisfying - and for someone like me who grew up in the country - knowing that you are supporting rural doctors and their rural communities is very rewarding.

Because of the unique challenges of providing support to Members in rural and remote communities, the College has always had to be very agile and creative, and I love being in a position within the College to be able to be part of the action.
