ACRRM remains committed to supporting our members and their communities as they respond to short and longer-term challenges raised by COVID-19.
We acknowledge and thank our members for their continuing efforts and commitment especially as we enter the new era of 'living with COVID'. The College is aware that members have taken on additional work and that they continue to face workforce and other challenges. Please be aware of the importance of self-care during this time.
We continue to advocate for our members and provide them with information updates to clinical resources and personal and professional support. These will be published in the Country Watch newsletter and also in the Member Lounge on ACRRM Connect.
We also work through the Commonwealth, States and Territories to ensure that the interests of our members and their communities are considered in policy, planning and communication.
As the situation and associated policies and responses are continually changing, it is important that you refer to the Australian Federal Government Department of Health website and to your respective PHN and state or territory websites and communications.
The College encourages you to provide feedback of existing and emerging issues so that we can continue to support you to provide excellent health care to your communities. Please provide any comments to policy@acrrm.org.au
